For nearly four decades I have watched the most important decisions in business get made somewhere other than the conference room. It started on the Boeing 777 program and continued through thirty years of consulting across the globe at Diamond Management and Technology Consultants, Booz & Company, and PA Consulting, and now at The Bridger Group, the firm I founded.
I advise executives and organizations on strategy, finance, and growth. I also host: from recurring dinner parties to an annual pig roast over a six-foot fire pit for more than a hundred people.
